It was 1976 all over again.

February in Baltimore with one of my favorite gal pals. A snow storm, Admiral Fell Inn, canopy beds, and ghost tours were a great start for a fun weekend. We had breakfast at Jimmy’s, spa treatments downtown, and dinner and drinks at Ruth’s Chris, followed by dessert and coffee at Vaccaro’s in Little Italy. A few age lines couldn’t change us — we’re the same giggly school girls from 35 years past. Here’s to us, Jac!

Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo
1 1/2 ounces raspberry infused vodka
1 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup
4 raspberries, muddled
1 rosemary sprig and 2 raspberries (to garnish)

Directions:

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add muddled raspberries and remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass.

Pierce 2 raspberries onto rosemary sprig. Garnish.
