It was the rye time for a beer.

I recently spent a few days in Raleigh and found  Chuck’s, a great burger restaurant.  It’s one of Chef Ashley Christensen’s establishements.  Simple menu and incredible food.  My burger was topped with pickled beets and bleu cheese and my beer choice  — Terrapin Rye Pale Ale –was the perfect accompaniment to my meal.  I love a good pale ale and a juicy burger, heaven.
